    Could you explain where this screenshot is from? In other words, what steps do you take to get to this point? I am not familiar with this from a product standpoint.

    Hi, everytime a customer or someone participant in the ticket answers, this mail is delivered to every person involved.

    "Esta registrado para recivir copia de las acualizaciones a este ticket. Si quiere puede responder a este correo para agregar un comentario publico al ticket"

    And it shoud be:

    "Está registrado para recibir copia de las actualizaciones a éste ticket. Si quiere puede responder a éste correo para agregar un comentario público al ticket"

    Hello Verónica! It sounds like you're describing the notification that gets sent by a trigger when the ticket is updated. You'll want to view an example ticket's events to see which trigger sends that notification, then you can update the trigger notification to include proper spelling!
