Please make chat persistent...!
Can we request that be a feature add? I've not ran into any other chat programs that lose a customer because they change to another page in their own software....
It should never disappear if a customer refreshes the page or goes to another page in your own software...! I've lost chats with Zendesk Customer Service just trying to work through issues IN ZENDESK... If I refresh a page or go to another location on the admin page, I lose the chat client and can't bring it back....
