Our team heavily relies on using ticket tags. In most of our reports in Insights we have a filter that excludes tickets based on their tags (~40 tags). This is done via a custom metric in Insights. For example, I want to see AVG First reply time, but I want to exclude all tickets that have specific tags.
However, in Explore we aren't seem to have the functionality that would allow to exclude large number of tags without manually selecting them from the 'Ticket tags' filter in it's 'Exclude' section.
When I'm trying to create Standard Calculated Attribute, I'm not able to add more than one tag into the formula. It gives me an error.
Please consider adding this functionality, otherwise it's blocking our migration to Explore.
