    Hi Glen,

    We have been experiencing unusually high ticket volumes and have implemented several things to improve response time. We have also made some changes to the contact flow. The fastest way for you to reach a support agent is to initiate a chat.

    Why have you removed the ability to create a ticket from within the support.zendesk.com chat widget. 

    I just tried and all I get are answerbot replies with no option to contact you.

    Agreed Liam, the chat just circles around and around with the bot.  It used to be after a few non-relevant responses you could select to open a case.

    They told me to use the chat option within my own instance, it does the same thing.
