The Zendesk Guide Knowledge Base dashboard and dataset empowers you to discover how many page views and votes that articles in your knowledge base are receiving, giving you an insight into what matters to visitors.
You can filter the page view data to understand which of your support channels views are coming from and if end users, staff members or anonymous users are viewing the content. Additionally, you can zoom in on relevant content with filters for brand, language, and article IDs to see what's most relevant for your business.
This gives you a tool to learn which articles are doing well and which might require more work.
