I need some fields to be filled in at ticket creation by both end-users AND agents. I have those fields as "Required to solve a ticket" (for agents) and "Required to submit a request" (for end-users). The end-users part is ok, the fields are mandatory for them. The agents however manage to create tickets without filling in really important fields, which should be mandatory for everyone creating a ticket. This causes a lot of problems and data inconsistencies that need to be resolved manually, with unnecessary wastes of time as this should be a basic feature in any ticketing platform.
How do I make a field mandatory for everyone at ticket creation? Does this possibility exist? If not, how come?
