Feedback: Guide Knowledge Base reporting EAP
It would great if the Guide Knowledge Base dashboard provided analytics Guide Admin areas, not just user-facing areas. Such as:
1. How many articles were updated yesterday, last week, last month, etc.
2. How many articles were created, archived, deleted yesterday, last week, last month, etc.

I agree also, Jamey Pringle! I think it would be really helpful to see these metrics. I have a few others I would like to see:
- Articles verified vs. unverified, including turnaround time for verifying articles (time from receiving verification to actually verifying article).
- Articles assigned/number of articles reviewed and published through Team Publishing

I would agree with all of these suggestions!
Right now, we're managing our backlog of KB articles within Zendesk Support tickets because there isn't a way for us to report on how frequently we're updating our Help Center articles. That way, we have some metric in terms of how often we are creating new articles or updating existing articles.
The process seems very disjointed though and there is definitely plenty of room for error, so we'd love to be able to retire this process, solely manage our KB backlog in Zendesk Guide & utilize Zendesk Explore to report on Guide publishing activity.

Thanks for the comments on this! Currently these metrics available in the Team Publishing reporting in Insights. We are currently in the process of migrating this report to Explore and it should be available in the next few weeks.
