    Thanks Angéline Nguyen - Know that it is not as good as saving personal filter settings, but would you know how to clone the dashboard to change the default settings from a weekly view to a daily one?

    Thanks for the tip, Monika Kovacic! I cloned the Zendesk dashboard, edited the settings to the daily view, and published the dashboard... but it keeps changing back to the weekly view.

    Hi again Angéline Nguyen

    Do you know of the hidden widget setting which allows you to save the current state of filters? What you need to do is:

    1. Edit the cloned dashboard you created
    2. Adjust your filters as you would like to see them
    3. Select "Show hidden filters" in the bottom of the screen
    4. Edit the "Bookmarks" (if you do not see it then scroll to the top)
    5. Press "Create bookmark from current state" and name the bookmark (With this you save the state of your filters)
    6. Pin the bookmark by pressing the pin icon (To make it the default setting)
    7. Close the bookmark editor
    8. Publish the changes

    Hope it makes sense and works for you otherwise let me know and perhaps we can create a more thorough recipe on it.

    Thanks for your help, Monika Kovacic! This solves my issue. However, if you haven't detailed all the steps, I think I'd never know about this hidden bookmark widget and how it works...
