We are using the pro version of support currently on trial. I can't seem to see any way of setting up managers / departmental heads within an organisation so that when logging into the user portal they are able to see their own tickets and also tickets have been created within their department. I don't want to give end-users permission to see all tickets within an organisation as that would then be giving them too much permission.
Does anyone know of anyway of achieving this? I'm coming from Autotask / taskfire.
