Today we had situation with chat monitor showing 1 incoming chat in queue and it's wait time over 30 minutes but none of the available agents received that chat and neither that chat was listed in section for "Visitors".
Once the wait time passed 30 minutes it disappeared but the count on the "Incoming chats" still stands with number 1. We can't find that chat and we need your help in finding out why this has happened and how to resolve this issue.
