Partial Keyword Search for Article Body Content
When searching for articles in Guide, it would be nice if a partial keyword search would include content from the body of an article in addition to the title.
We have some articles that make sense to include keywords in the title, and others that are a bit more subtle where the terms are part of error outputs that don't make sense in that context. When completing a partial term search articles only display if they term is part of the title.
Example:
We have 5 articles that have the term NullPointerException. 2 of them have the term in the title. An agent searches for a partial term NullPointer in Guide Manage Articles screen. Only the articles with NullPointerException in the title display. The correct article is part of the three that are not included in the results (they include the full term in the body). The full term of NullPointerException must be typed in order to see all results.
These results also don't show up in other search locations (instant search, help center, answer suggestions, knowledge capture, Zendesk support search).
The value proposition here comes when we have technical terminology that may have longer names, or prefixes that we'd want to be able to find all content that matches a terms prefix. These aren't always something we'd want to label, but we would want to identify them during article creation and curation activities.
