Explore: Querries are displayed in English but should be in German

    So the language in which the user is seeing the information in Explore is the one that is set in the User Profile from Support.

    Let me know if this solves at least a part of the problem.

    Hi Violetta,

    I have already applied the setting but it doesn't solve the issue. Here is another example in which I have even renamed the titles but the explanation of the metric is still in English:

    I see Balasz what you mean and i think you cannot change that.

    Maybe a Community Moderator can jump here to collect this info for the product team.

    So i went to check this into my default report for Zendesk Support. Is the one built by default by Zendesk Explore team and it looks the same, a mix of German- English and my language profile from Support is German:

    Thank you for the feedback. The prebuilt dashboard localization is not great. We are aware of this issue and will be fixing it in the future, but it is not planned for the next 9 months. 

    What you can do is to update datatips if the prebuilt dashboard was cloned - https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022183934-Working-with-datatips
