Hide certain forms from certain groups or agents

    I'm just starting to checkout Contextual workspaces which has some controls around this.  It might be worth looking into if you have conditions that make sense to push an agent towards a certain form at certain times.  It doesn't quite solve your problem, but it might be a start.

    I fully agree on this. There should be an easy way to select for which Groups of Agents you would like to make what Ticket Forms available for. We are currently useing triggers to assign Ticket Forms to Groups, but ALL agents can see ALL Ticket Forms which makes no sence.
