I would like to report an email support issue from an end-user side.
I often register on Internet sites with email in form of:
If I open a support request on a site that uses Zendesk, I get a message to my email address, I reply to it and then the answer is sent from the address:
There is no more tag in the address.
And the issue is that Zendesk doesn't see my answer message because email-addresses don't match.
I haven't found another way to report it. I just want it to work. Please, fix it.
