Show web / desktop notification longer
We are using Zendesk Chat. The chat agents get notified of an incoming chat through Firefox web / desktop notification which is a little window popping up in a screen corner. However, that window fades away after a few seconds. Is there a way to show it longer?
The window should instead show indefinitely until the chat agent closes it. If chat agents are away from their desk and come back, they don't see that a chat came in.
