I wanted to share that I am interested in being able to get data based on users or admins in the CC field of tickets. I responded to this thread and was advised to submit as feedback here for further thoughts.
There's a couple metrics our team would love to be able to get based on CCs. The main one is due to our team stepping in to assist with support tickets across multiple groups/forms where we are CCed, but never assigned the ticket. Sometimes we can add a tag to help out with this but not always, so the metric based on that alone would not be consistent. Any way to get metrics based on folks in the CC field-- even if just Zendesk admins-- would be very helpful.
Open to thoughts on how to currently solve for this and any questions around my ask.
