I wanted to know the numbers of chats that has sent by my agents, on a daily or monthly basis. This feature is currently not available with Zopim basic plan. Also one of you team member suggested to create support account. But currently we are not looking into it. 

Please confirm the number of chats that my agents have sent on daily or monthly basis.
