Our org has different departments working in ZenDesk that push tickets to Jira. However, a subset of those departments work in Jira. As a result, tickets were mistakenly pushed to improper Project boards in Jira resulting in multiple day delays in development.
I would like the ability to set default values for the Jira integration when creating a ticket. A default value would be particularly helpful for the Project field as this would eliminate the potential for the user error I mentioned above.
Posting for visibility and the hope that users with similar issues come forth and this can be developed soon.
