I have created a calculated attribute to use as a filter. It is pretty simple and just looks for a particular tag or subject line.
I want to be able to view tickets that have this attribute based on a date range. i.e. all tickets in the last 30 days that have either this tag or subject line.
However, I seem to be only able to view tickets created over all time. When I add a Time filter either in the query editor, or on a dashboard I still receive data pertaining to all time. So how do I filter a date range when using a calculated attribute?
