Unassigned tickets says "NaN"

    I'm super interested in whether this was a bug or not? I've never seen that! Are you still getting it?

    Hey there Ashleigh Bulmer,

    Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention.  First impressions here are either something network-related (possible time-out of sorts), or possibly a Support app causing trouble in the background.  Going through the steps of logging out/in as well as clearing your browser cache are both fantastic steps to help narrow things down even more for sure.

    It looks like you've submitted a support request about this as well, and I see that another advocate is currently working with you in that ticket, perfect.   You're in good hands!
