We have a custom dropdown field which is "Bug status" and it has drop down values of "Bug reported" and "Bug resolved".
- I am attempting to find duration between "Bug reported" and "Bug resolved" status submitted by the agents.
- Query just returns blank values. There are tickets which fall under this scenario but still result set does not show any values.
- Dataset chosen is ticket updates. Also ticket field changes when we select changes field name and changes previous value we don't see all of our custom dropdowns. We see only default system dropdowns and all the checkboxes. Are we missing anything here?
