App Integrations
Just a feedback on Zendesk App integrations, it would be nice to save a copy of previous field sync mappings & project restrictions configuration settings. This would be helpful especially when we disconnect and re-connect an app with Zendesk. FYI, reference tickets #6877615 & 6893426. Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback on the Jira integration. I appreciate the effort and complexity involved in migrating these configurations, particularly the field sync mappings where multiple might exist. While I've captured your feedback, we will also explore updating our existing documentation to provide guidance on capturing these details before completing the disconnection.
