    Hi Kyle,

    Thank you for your feedback! We surely understand this is not an ideal customer experience in current state and appreciate you resurfacing the limitation. At this point, we do not have a change to notification emails coming from Guide planned on our 9 month roadmap. As we plan for new development we'll consider this need.

    I would like to add my voice in here - it is incredibly disappointing that there is true lack of segregation between brands for email notification sent from Zendesk.
