Let me deactivate or archive sets, groups, custom metrics, and custom attributes

I want to be able to build and archive sets and custom metrics/attributes that aren’t actively being used on a dashboard, so that I can remove them from the list without totally deleting them.

For instance, I built an attribute to investigate an issue as a pretty much one-off use case. I might get asked to run a query the same way in a month again to confirm the issue is resolved. I don’t want this very specific calculation cluttering up the list of available metrics, though, as we already have a ton. This would also allow you to “soft delete” a set/metric/attribute, wait a month to ensure nobody is reporting a broken report, and then delete.
