Tickets no details to CC'd user
Hi
My Customer logs a call.
The Agent can see everything on his inbox the customer requested on email.
I am unable to enable: MAKE EMAIL COMMENTS FROM CCed USERS PUBLIC.
I wanted to enable that to see if this resolves the issue.
But the person being CC'd is unable to see the email sent by the customer. The CC'd person can only see this:
