Seen "setTimeout" but not "app.willDestroy". I couldn't find an event called willDestroy in the ZAF documentation.

I'm seeing some warnings when I try to publish a Support application, and one of those errors is the following:

JS: App Willdestroy - Seen "setTimeout" but not "app.willDestroy"

Based on that warning, I assume it's good practice to have something that clears up setTImeout and I guess that thing is an willDestroy event. The problem is that I scoured through the documentation and couldn't find anything related to willDestroy so I'm kind of clueless how to prevent this warning.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, and I'd greatly appreciate any help.

Hey there,

Just to confirm, are you wondering how to implement willDestroy or are you just wondering how to prevent the error?

Thanks!

Have a wonderful day!

From what I understand willDestroy is decrepitated and doesn't exist in ZAF V2 right? This is why I'm confused as to why am I getting the warning and how to prevent it.

Hey Bozhidar,

Thanks for the clarification, you're right that willDestroy was deprecated in v1. It seems that this is a legacy error in one of our libraries. I'm working on tracking down the culprit. Are you using ZAT to publish your app or the ZCLI?

Have a wonderful day!
