    Hi Slava Skorbezh and Michael Ruthenberg, I appreciate you taking the time to place the request for this channel. I would want to know a little more about the ask please. Do you have many customers trying to reach out over this channel? Is this request proactive in that you suspect many of your customers plan to move to this channel? I have not been able to find a way to create a business account on Signal, do either of you know differently? 

    Basically what I'm getting at is that Signal from our initial investigation isn't a channel designed for businesses. At least not in the way that our existing channel integrations work. With that, this channel would be very limiting for many customers. However maybe you don't wish to use it like our current channels, in which case I'd love to learn more.
