Connection needed between Mirakl & Zendesk
We are an e-commerce selling bussiness with most customers being drophipment processed. Which means we deal with several online plattforms instead of direct e-mailing. Which then means we have several seperate plattforms we need to go to to answer messages instead in Zendesk. By far most of them are using a Mirakl plattform. They are telling me there is no connector to Zendesk, but it is really important to our bussiness to connect those Mirakl portals in to our Zendesk messaging. Our IT says it might be possible with an API connection. But I also wanted to contact you about options and general knowledge or other tipps I might get from you. As I said, it impacts our e-commerce KPI's greatly and we might have to re-think if using Zendesk is the right thing if we are obligated to go to seperate portals on the side. I really hope you can assist on this project! I have been informerd by your Dutch product manager that this has been asked before by several Zendesk users.
Lisa Marie Boddé thank you for this feedback. This is an interesting look at messaging that we have not yet taken on. As you can tell our native integrations typically involve social channels or our own SDKs. I will take note of this feedback but I'll be honest and say that it's very unlikely that we start getting into these types of messaging experiences. But never say never!
What I would suggest instead, in order to get a faster resolution, is to either work with an external development team that could build an app using our API that works with Zendesk or see if Mirakl would be interested in doing this themselves. Since they could sell access to this app, there could be a market for them if they have enough customers using Zendesk. I'll also drop a note with our Tech Alliance team to see if they can help here as well.
Hello, I would like to know if any progress has been made from Lisa Marie comments. Or maybe she found another way to solve the problem. It would be fantastic if it's solved due we have the same problem.
I think it is a vital plugin/app that is needed. we have a number of marketplaces now, and would love to service them all in one place.
I am also looking for an integration between Mirakl and Zendesk. Has any progress been made on this?
