View categories in the Zendesk Explore Knowledge Base

I can see sections, but I can't see categories in the Zendesk Explore Knowledge Base.
Without categories, it's completely useless for analysis.

That's right , I have the same problem, whitout  categories it's useless

Yes, I agree with this post. We need to be able to filter by categories and pull it as an attribute.
