Customer should only see articels of the group he`s submitting the ticket to

Dear Zendesk,
unfortunately our customers also see the suggestions for articles of other groups during ticket submission (filtering depending on the given ticket title). This is not right from our perspective, because a customer should not see articles from product B while he is submitting a ticket to product A! Please correct this.
