Feature request: Edit in raw markdown

I definitely want to write a comment on a ticket in raw markdown, not with GUI.

 

I currently write a response in markdown with emacs, and then paste it to edit area of a ticket, and modify with GUI editor. Ahhhhh...

For example, Slack provides both GUI editor and raw markdown editing. I believe that zendesk should follow this.

    Hello keno - Apologies that this post did not receive a response from us until now. Could you please elaborate more on your use case? We have recently migrated to new technology for our composer which provides markdown support. Please let us know if that does not solve your use case. Thanks!
