    Hi Yasutaka, 

    Thank you for your question! Zendesk does not explicitly prohibit any of its products on mainland China, but we cannot currently guarantee the reliability of our services because of how Chinese ISPs dynamically change what they block and permit access to. Since we have no control over this, we cannot offer a perfect solution, although VPNs are usually a good workaround.

    Affected Branch: CNSHA, CNTSN
    VPN: ZScaler
     
    received request from FUO IT that work from home user failed to access to Zendesk is because Zendesk disabled 58.220.95.0/24 traffic
     
    is it possible to release the block at Zendesk side so that users using VPN ZScaler could work with Zendesk?

     We have received feedback from SHA colleagues working from home that they cannot access ZenDesk while using ZScaler.
