    I’m very pleased to let you know that we have started rolling out a new feature that allows admins to export a list of their team member data. This feature will be available in your account by March 16th (PT).

    There are a few ways to export a list of agents available now: How do I export a list of users?

    The Super Admin app is probably the easiest to use, and it will export directly to CSV format: Installing and Using the Super Admin app

    Thanks Dave,

    While that is handy, this was manly for the admin centre as there is a drop down that shows who has a Talk license (hopefully there is the option to filter who has a Chat license as well one day).

    We need to be able to export how many licences are consumed for each channel. From what I could see of the Admin app, you are not able to see that option.

    This is a pain to have to get a developer to do this for me.
