    Hi there -

    Does the error message provide the name of the app before this message? For example, there's an "OOPS" app that is no longer supported that can create this issue. If you have that app installed, I'd recommend removing it, refreshing your Zendesk tab, and seeing if that helps.

    We're getting this same error - No app before the error:

    An app has timed out and has prevented the submission of the ticket. For more information, please contact your Zendesk administrator

    Hey Deb,

    I see you reached out to our Customer Care team and they recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the time tracking app. Can you give that a try and see if you still receive the same error?
