    Hello Wade! Hope you are doing well!

    I'm afraid that you are correct on this case, there is currently no combination of Triggers, Automations and Macros that could accomplish your request. The conditions needed, which would count the number of tickets an Organization has in a set amount of time, are not supported. I have also done some searching in our Marketplace, but there does not seem to be an app at the moment that could perform this action.

    I believe the best thing we can do right now is to recommend you to create a Feedback Post in our Community. The more traction this post gets, the more chances there are for our Development team to consider implementing this feature in the future.
