    Another great point and a great idea from you, huge thanks for that!

    Similarly to your other question in this Community thread here - - I'm afraid that there is no native way to achieve what you're looking for, but I agree that "Calculated" or numbering series fields would be a great addition to Sell.

    I'm sure that other customers will appreciate this as well and support the idea.

    Hi Donald,

    Can you provide more information on "why" you want an incremented numbering field whenever a Deal stage is updated? I want to make sure our product team understands the use case.

    Hi Marie,

    Generally users wanted to have custom format of numbering on deals that could start from any number they want. Inserting prefix at the beginning of the series is another thing.

    The same applies to Leads as well.

    I have a new project I'm working on for our Creative department that wants to have a unique project number for each project request that goes through Zendesk, and they want their own project numbers, so the ticket number won't work.  If I start them at say, 1000, the next time they put in a request for a New project, that "project number" field should increment and become project 1001.  In case you needed another use case.
