Option to disable comments on Guide articles from a central setting

I just discovered that you cannot create a default "No comments" setting for articles.

Not only is it annoying to update comment settings for each article in bulk, but the bulk update functionality doesn't always work correctly. If it doesn't refresh itself to show the correct list of articles, bulk update actions fail. It is doubly frustrating!

Thank you for your feedback. We are not planning any improvements in this are at the moment but we'll keep it in mind when creating future roadmap. 

Bulk editing settings on articles, like disabling comments in this case, would be a great way to make managing Zendesk less painful and time-consuming than it already is. Put yourself in your users' shoes - there's a lot of room for improvement in this product. 

I'm also looking for this feature to turn on/off centrally for the whole KB
