Create feature for WhatsApp channel

Agents are not able to broadcast a message to multiple users on WhatsApp channel or initially send out a WhatsApp message to the end users even when they have the user's contact number. 

It quite passive as agents need to wait for the end user to reach out.  It would be great to develop this as a feature and also able to broadcast a message.

Thank you for writing in. Can you tell me more about what you are looking for?  For instance, are looking to follow up on non-responsive tickets? Or are looking for a way to do a marketing push - notify customers about a promotion , new product launch etc ?
