Zendesk help bubble is appearing over submit button.

This help bubble just appeared for all our agents.  How can we turn it off?

    Hi Andy, how recently did this appear? This was an issue we were seeing earlier today and we rolled out a fix. It should  be resolved now. Can you have everyone refresh and confirm if this is still an issue?
