Automatically move new tickets to a ViewRépondu
I was wondering if we have the ability to have newly created tickets with specific key words ("XYZ") automatically moved into a view named "XYZ Issues"?

Go into Admin > Views > Add a View.
You can check for the keywords in the description as below.
If you also want to check for in the title you will need to jump through another hoop (use a trigger to check for the presence of XYZ and add tag XYZ, then the view can look for the tag). You'd add the tag as another condition in the ANY section
Hello - you would need to create the view to check for those key words - then you would be away :)
I'm trying to figure this out as well, could someone explain in detail?
