Type field can't be reverted to status ticket

Dear Zendesk team,

Once the a Type field has been selected, it cant be reverted to Type: ticket

In many cases, the status ticket would be the match but it is not possible to return to this status. "Ticket" as some times (issues/topic) is isolated so it is neither a "Problem" nor an "Incident" just simply a "Ticket".

Please make it possible to revert to the instance "Ticket".

Hey Jon,

Your best option here would be to just set the ticket back to a "question" in the Type field. This will technically remove it from the problem/incident workflow for tickets in Zendesk and in reporting just show up as a plain old ticket. 

There's never been an option to select "ticket" that that drop-down. However a great suggestion nonetheless. :)

Thank you for your feedback.

So if I use the tag "Question" it will appear as "Ticket"... Then why not just call it "Ticket" from the very beginning?

I guess this is something Zendesk has to figure out :-)
