Store customers documents automatically from Zendesk

We want to store all attachments from our clients on an additional server and delete them from Zendesk. We are considering that it would be more secure and better for our clients. 
We want to have all attachments in one place by client.
Could you pls answer our question?
Is it possible to store ALL attachments on some ‘external storage’ (like amazon s3 or any other option)?
