Export import information fron 1 ticket too a new ticket (custom fields)

Hi

 

I am trying to figure out how to get information (filled fields/custom fields) filled into a new ticket.

 

ex. 

Ticket 1

Status :open

Priority :Urgent

Group :Support

Form:Support v1

Category :phone issue

 

Ticket 2 (the new ticker)

I want to gety the information in "bold" to be imported to a new ticket, without the new ticket being a follow-up ticket or a side conversation.

 

I sort of did it using Target, but I need som help manage to do it with webhooks or something else.

Do you already have this workflow set up using a target?  If so, you can use the conversion process in Admin Center to convert it to a webhook.
