Sending video files to chat

Hi there,

Is it possible for clients to upload video files to Chats (SDK for iOS and Android)? How can we set up receiving video files from clients in Chats? What formats are allowed? And what are the limitations for video files?

    Hi Oksana! Video files are not a valid format as we lay out here in our documentation on this topic. The valid file formats are noted below and there is a maximum file size of 20MB.

    • PDF (.pdf)
    • PNG (.png)
    • JPEG (.jpeg)
    • GIF (.gif)
    • Text (.txt)

    Hi Greg! Thanks for your reply. Are you planning to add a video format in the future? And what can you advise at this moment? Because now we need some kind of solution to receive video files from clients using SDK.
