    Sorry for the delayed response from us on this post. So I reached out to one of our Support Architects and asked if this was an issue with the instructions on the tutorial. That doesn't seem to be the case, and this is an issue we'll need to work with you on in a private ticket to troubleshoot this more in-depth. It might be an error in the call being made, but we'll need more info from you to determine this. 

    You both currently have open tickets with support on this issue, and we'll be responding there to work with you on this asap. Sorry for the delay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.
