    Using an existing dashboard that we've used weekly to report prior week metrics for the last 9 months) and receiving this same error when filtering for a specific historical period. Any resolution? We have some records but I'm not confident we have complete and accurate data.

    Sorry to hear about that issue. One possible reason could be the custom metric is not executable. There might be a faulty custom metric on your report. In order to take a look closer at that report, I encourage you to raise a ticket to our Customer Support. Thank you!
