Zendesk Chat Widget Change Hyphen

Hi! 

I am trying to edit the Zendesk Chat Widget header. In the header there is a hyphen indicating the back button. Is there a way to change this hyphen to "Back" or an "x"?

My client is requesting this hyphen be changed.

    At this time we don't offer that element to be modified. Though feel free to drop some feedback for that in the feedback section
