Trigger for when a User record is created / amended
From what I can see you can only create triggers against tickets.
Is there any way to have a trigger or other mechanism that is fired when a user record is created or suspended?
We have Zendesk connected up to Salesforce but trying to keep the Contacts in Sync is a manual process and people forget!
Automations and triggers were designed to work on ticket updates or they have conditions that will fire depending on the elements of a ticket. As it turns out, we don't have a native feature available to notify users of a newly created user record. I'll mark this as a feedback for further review and let's hope that other users have the same use case to drive the demand for the feature.
We need this feature too.
