Useful reporting on ticket department
Hi,
We are currently categorising our tickets based on the department field.
It is helpful because it allows us to see what areas of our business generate the most tickets and plan actions around that.
Currently, the reporting module allows us to create reports for up to 8 departments at once and that means we have to create 4-5 reports and combine them.
Is there any way to download a report for all departments? Preferably also with ticket status but ticket number will also do.
We have not been migrated to Explore yet.
