Feature Request: Support Help Section

I see that when I "Get Help" from within Zendesk Support, a help bar displays where I can search HC topics before submitting a request. I'd like to make use of the same feature. I reached out to an agent of yours and they notified me that this isn't a feature that you offer to your customers.

It would be awesome if I could add this to my application so my customers could benefit fromt this workflow.

This is possible to achieve either through the Zendesk SDK's or by building it through the extensive Zendesk API. It's not an out of the box solution I'll admit, but it is possible.

I am a Zendesk partner, so I can't really speak for Zendesk. My best guess as to why they haven't added this functionality is that making this available so it can function on all platforms is simply too huge a task to accomplish. So instead Zendesk has made everything you need available so you can tailor build it to your system and your use case.
